Is the app really free?

Yes. There is no monthly fee or subscription for the management app. Mervio’s transaction fee applies to card and wallet sales; payment processing is separate.

Do I have to buy a Tap Point?

No. You can start with a printed QR code and your existing connected device. A Mervio Tap Point is optional.

How are volume tiers calculated?

Each artist has a separate rolling 30-day total of qualifying card and wallet merchandise sales, before tax and after recorded refunds. Cash is excluded. Your checkout fee uses the applicable tier; the rate is not a retroactive discount on earlier orders.

Does Mervio charge a fee on cash sales?

Cash sales are excluded from Mervio’s platform commission and do not count toward the card and wallet volume tiers.
