About Mervio
Mervio is operated by Golden Path Agency in Québec, Canada. These terms cover the Mervio website, Backstage, seller tools and customer checkout. Questions: simon@goldenpathmusic.com.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and use only the artists, shows and records you are authorized to access. If you act for an artist or business, you must have authority to do so. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Merchandise purchases
The artist or business identified in the store is responsible for its merchandise, prices, taxes, availability, pickup arrangements and customer service. Mervio provides software for those sales. Check your items, sizes, price and pickup instructions before confirming an order. Payment is complete only when confirmed.
Pickup, exchanges and refunds
Bring your order confirmation or pickup code to the merchandise table. Ask the selling artist or business about exchanges, uncollected orders, cancellations and refunds. An exchange depends on available stock and the seller’s policy. A cancelled or postponed show does not automatically cancel a merchandise order. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal warranties. Contact us if you need help identifying the seller.
Pricing and payment services
The management app has no monthly subscription fee. Mervio transaction fees are described on the Pricing page. Payment services are provided through Stripe and are subject to the applicable provider terms and eligibility requirements. Sellers are responsible for reviewing payment arrangements, refunds, disputes and their tax obligations. Published future features are not a promise of availability on a particular date.
Customer information and marketing
Use customer information only for lawful, disclosed purposes. Contact details supplied for an order do not, by themselves, authorize marketing. Sellers are responsible for the required permissions, their marketing messages and unsubscribe requests. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through Mervio.
Content and acceptable use
You retain rights to the content you upload and authorize us to host and display it to provide the service. Only upload content you have permission to use. Do not use Mervio for fraud, unlawful sales, unsolicited messages, access to another person’s data or interference with the service. Mervio’s branding and software remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and account closure
Connectivity, third-party services and maintenance can affect availability. Check payment status before handing over merchandise and keep appropriate business records. We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks. Contact us to request account closure; some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes requiring notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law.
